Planet Project is an international effort begun by The Council
of Canadians to protect the
world's fresh water from the growing threats of trade and privatization.
Local (Vancouver-based)
organizations working on water:
The Water Observatory - a site "dedicated to providing
information and resources to citizens, policy makers, the media,
activist and movements working locally and globally on the right
to water."
